Danzer Lumber North America, Inc. - On or about 3/13/18, and at times prior thereto, the company had not developed and documented specific lockout/tagout procedures for the equipment in the mill. Machines and equipment that undergo servicing and maintenance include, but are not limited to, the Green Line Saw, Conveyors, and headsaws.
