29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points:    a)  Dollar General Store #220 in Quarryville, PA, back room managers office: On or about March 13, 2018, the exit routes from the 2nd floor managers office located in the back room stock area to the stock room entrance door had multiple areas where the egress width was restricted due to materials placed in the route of exit.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.      The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number_1167738, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Commercial Drive, Van Buren, MO 63965.

Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201133, citation number 1, item number , and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12674 Rt 19 South, Waterford, PA.      2. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122251, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 154 Sacandaga Road in Scotia, NY.      3.
