The employer did not ensure that a guard was provided to prevent employees contacting the blade, on or about March 15, 2018. (b) 1600 Orange Street, York Pennsylvania - Employees use a Bridgewood table saw to cut materials. The employer did not ensure that a guard was provided to prevent employees contacting the blade, on or about March 15, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
