Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. At the construction site located at 500 N Eastgate in Springfield, Missouri: Employee conducting framing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet while working from a Genie brand aerial lift, the employee was climbing the rails of the lift and using the rails to work from.
