29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section. Construction site: On or about March 15, 2018, employees were working on elevated surfaces without having adequate understanding and skill in using fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
