29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) Warehouse: On or about 2/20/18, and at times prior, the employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in that floor markings were not provided for employees while walking throughout the facility when there was forklift traffic.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Battery Staging Area: On or about 2/20/18, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that equipment such as a Cramalot Compactor (S/N 5954 Model DB60LU 480 Volt is blocked by a vacuum and waste container. The equipment was approximately 1-2 inches in the front of the compactor.
