29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about March 15, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing panel installation operations from a Genie aerial lift, Model number N76412, approximately ten (10) feet five (5) inches above the ground, was not wearing a full body harnesses equipped with a lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to falls.
