29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. At a worksite located at 30 W Pershing Rd in Kansas City, MO: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were working in an aerial boom lift without the use of a properly selected harness and lanyard. Employees were exposed to a fall of 12 feet 9 inches to the concrete ground below.
