29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 3/16/18 employees at the Center Village construction project were exposed to approximately 10' falls. An employee was engaged in siding activities from an aerial lift without fall protection. Ultimate Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185545, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/23/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 666 Bliss Road, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
