29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): 29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees:    On or about March 13, 2018 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 221 Ensbury Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer did not provide soap or towels at the worksite for employees working with and mixing Ashgrove Masonry Cement Type N, containing Portland cement. This condition exposes employees to chemical burns.

29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition:    On or about March 13, 2018 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 221 Ensbury Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas, employees were not required to wear gloves or boots while working with and mixing Ashgrove Masonry Cement Type N. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns.

29 CFR 1926.59: As referenced by 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  On or about March 13, 2018 and times prior thereto at the worksite located at or near 221 Ensbury Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer did not keep safety data sheets for, but not limited to, the Ashgrove Masonry Cement Type N. Employees used the masonry cement while laying bricks for a residential house. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
