On or about March 15, 2018, employees working in the area of the press were potentially exposed to laceration and crushing injuries at unguarded ingoing nip points between rollers, including the entrance and die cut areas.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
