29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.     a.  On or about March 16, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associate with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501     a.  On or about March 16, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet, two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

On or about March 16, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall protection hazards, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.
