29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): Midrails, screens, mesh or equivalent structural members shall be installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform:      a)  On or about March 15, 2018, employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform without the midrail installed between the top rail / work table and the scaffold platform.       In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
