29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation of the ram used to bend metal strips; a) On or about 03/19/18 in the Wall Building area; employees were exposed to a caught between hazard when the dual palm button controls on the Post Bender were able to be activated individually and were close enough to operate simultaneously by a single action. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
