29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)  At Lot 176 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about March 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a pneumatic nail gun without safety glasses exposing his employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 176 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about March 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing his employee to an estimated fall hazard of 15 feet to the floor below.  b)  At Lot 176 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about March 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employee to an estimated fall hazard of 10 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
