29 CFR 1926.859(g): During demolition, continuing inspections by a competent person were not made as the work progressed to detect hazards resulting from weakened or deteriorated floors, or walls, or loosened material: a) 51 N. Main Street, Manheim PA - On or about March 19, 2018, continuing inspections were not made by a competent person as mechanical demolition activities progressed on a two and a half story residential home. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
