29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):  The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:        (a) On and before 3/19/2018, at jobsite, for the floater wearing a 3M respirator w/P100 cartridges cutting catalytic converters containing chemicals such as, but not limited to, refractory ceramic fibre (RCF), platinum, palladium, and rhodium.  The employee was not provided a medical evaluation prior to being required to wear the respirator.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:     (a) On and before 3/19/2018, at jobsite, for the floater cutting catalytic converters containing chemicals such as, but not limited to, refractory ceramic fibre (RCF), platinum, palladium, and rhodium.  Employees were not provided with information and training on the hazardous chemicals they work with or are exposed to in their work area.

Employees were not provided with information and training on the hazards of the chemicals they work with or are exposed to in their work area.
