29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On March 16, 2018 at 1901 Mulberry Lane in Green Bay Wisconsin, the employer did not provide jobsite inspection, instruct and control workers that were engaged in roofing work and were exposed to fall hazards of twelve feet and greater to the lower ground level.
