29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 12001 Old Vine Blvd, The Vineyards Apartments - Building #19 Zinfandel Lane, Lewes, DE - On or about March 19, 2018: the employer failed to ensure employees were protected by using fall protection while conducting roofing activities over 30 feet above grade.    R. Rodriguez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1160863, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Warrington Pointe Lot 45, Warrington, PA 18976.  R. Rodriguez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133258, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Warrington Point Lot 45, Warrington, PA 18976.  R. Rodriguez Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112620, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 17 & 20, Newtown, PA 18940.
