This was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 780 Rundall Rd, Gering, Nebraska 69341 on or about March 13, 2018. Employees who were hired into the company did not have practical exercises or an evaluation of the operators performance in the workplace completed prior to operating forklifts on the jobsite. Abatement certification is required for this violation. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
