(i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following:    *Guardrail systems;  *Safety net systems;   *or Personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems.    a) Globetech Manufacturing Inc., On or about March 20, 2018, did not ensure that employees working from the walking working surface of the oven press were protected from falling on all sides. The entrance point to the oven press platform was unprotected, exposing employees to a fall hazard of  5.2 feet to concrete flooring.

29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): (2) Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high:    a) Globetech Manufacturing Inc., On or about March 20, 2018, did not ensure that a midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate member were installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system used on the oven press. Employees, working from the oven press platform,  were exposed to a fall hazard of 5.2 feet to concrete flooring.

29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer shall identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; this evaluation shall include a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. Where the employer cannot identify or reasonably estimate the employee exposure, the employer shall consider the atmosphere to be IDLH.    a) Globetech Manufacturing Inc., on or about March 20, 2018, the employer did not  evaluate the respiratory hazards in the workplace. Employees  working with the oven press were exposed to N-Nitrosodimethylamine which can cause, but not limited to, cancer.
