29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects; a) On or about 03/20/18 throughout the facility; employees were exposed to a struck by hazards when moving, lifting and carrying parts, weighing between approximately 40- 50 pounds when the employer generally recommended safety shoes.
