29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): JOB SITE: 2000 West Boulevard, Mexico, MO 65265, on or about 3/19/2018, the employer failed to protect employees from a point of operation hazard on the Davis-Standard Crammer. Employees were exposed to hand and fingers amputation hazards with direct contact to an unguarded vent holes on the crammer. The workers were exposed to a amputation hazard.
