29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment for correcting deficiencies such as the labeling of process valves and gauges.    The employer is failing to correct the deficiency of improper identification of ammonia process components in the following instances:    A) A pressure gauge  PI #130252 for Liquid Pump #32 of the +30 Processing Recirculator in Engine Room #1 was mislabeled as PI #13252.    B) A "dead-man" type valve #130238 from the oil pot of the +30 Processing Recirculator in Engine Room #1 was missing its identification tag/label.    C) A valve #130237 on a line from the oil pot of the +30 Processing Recirculator in Engine Room #1 was mislabeled as #130236.     These deficiencies were last observed on June 19, 2018.    D) A sight gauge #133337 for +10 Recirculator in Engine Room #2 was mislabeled as #133338.    This deficiency was last observed on June 20, 2018.
