29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about March 20, 2018, in the maintenance area in the welding shop, the employer did not ensure that a work rest on a pedestal grinder was adjusted properly. The United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.2159(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1113551, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 951 W. Bethel Road, Coppell, TX.
