29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. On or about February 22, 2018: Employees working in the facility located at 835 S 7th Street are exposed to trip hazards. Employees walk over and push mail carts over the drainage system where the grates are loose, and uneven causing tripping hazards. The drainage system grates were not maintained in a safe condition.
