29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a) Four Outside Walls of Office: At least a dozen 120-volt receptacle outlets were missing faceplates, exposing employees to live electrical parts. (b) Break Room: An 120-volt receptacle outlet providing power to a microwave oven and small refrigerator had a missing faceplate, exposing employees to live electrical parts. (c) Break Room: Two 120-volt receptacle outlets located adjacent to a kitchen sink were not provided with faceplates, exposing employees to live electrical parts. One of the outlets was being used to provide power to a coffee maker.
