29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about March 14, 2018 at 107 Telluride Ave, Midland City, Al: The General Contractor (Custom Roofing, LLC) failed to ensure Sub-Contractor (Capital City Construction, LLC) employees working on a residential home removing and installing shingles on a 8:12 pitch roof used fall protection which exposed them to the hazards associated with falls of 10 feet 10 inches to the ground.
