29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet (1.22m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62m) of lateral travel for employees: a) Jobsite, Twin Oaks Development, Sarver, PA 16055: On or before March 20, 2018, employees were working to install sanitary sewer line within a trench box without an acceptable means of access and egress from the trench box. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that they were using the box to facilitate access and egress.
