29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: The employer is failing to protect employees from entanglement hazards when operating the Craftsman drill press (model# 152229000, serial# 0548W). This was documented on or about March 19, 2018 and times prior in the fabrication shop located in 14708 Custer Rd, Omaha, NE 68138 when employees operated the drill press without guarding to protect them from the rotating chuck.
