Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constitute hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage.    On or about March 15, 2018, employees were exposed to trip hazards when it was necessary to walk between pallets of greenstick that had been placed on the floor with no clear path through them.  Any path that was available through the pallets was too small to safely walk without tripping on the pallets.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
