29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 709 Lori Lane, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about March 21, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards of falls to include but not limited to setting up fall protection and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet 5 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 709 Lori Lane, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about March 21, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet 5 inches to the ground below.   THE ALEJANDRO JIMENEZ LOPEZ DBA  ALEJANDRO JIMENEZ LOPEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1233194, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 8, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 78 WYNDHAM GATES SUBDIVISION, OPELIKA,  ALABAMA.
