Britt Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Roofer was observed installing roofing materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

Britt Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Roofers were observed installing shingles and working at height. Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 12 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
