29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a.  On or about March 21, 2018, at the south side of the residential building, one employee installing weather proofing material on a 6:12 pitch residential roof was not protected from a 14 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.   b.  On or about March 21, 2018, at the west side of the residential building, two employees installing weather proofing material on a 6:12 pitch residential roof was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.  c.  On or about March 21, 2018, at the east side of the residential building, one employee installing weather proofing material on a 6:12 pitch residential roof was not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.
