Virex II 256 is a corrosive and can cause permanent eye and skin damage including blindness.    e) At the establishment, employees performing janitorial services used Glance HC Glass & Multi-Purpose Cleaner from a spray bottle labeled as Alpha HP. Glance HC Glass & Multi-Purpose Cleaner can cause eye and skin irritation.
