29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about March 21, 2018, at the jobsite where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when troubleshooting a neon sign from an Altex utility vehicle with an articulating boom lift without a fall protection system.
