OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to amputations injuries and caught between hazards from wearing gloves around moving machine parts:     a.) Miller Industries Inc. dba Champion Carrier - On or about 3/14/18, employees were utilizing gloves while operating moving machinery in close proximity to the moving drill bit on the Milwaukee magnetic drill press.  Employee was utilizing gloves in close proximity to a moving drill bit.  The Milwaukee drill snagged the employees glove while operating the drill and pulled the employees finger in between the drilled hole and the rotating drill bit.
