Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.850(a): Prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations, an engineering survey was not made, by a competent person, of the structure to determine the condition of the framing, floors, and walls, and possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure, nor did the employer have in writing evidence that such a survey had been performed: a) 268 Old Littleton Rd., Harvard, MA: On or about March 21, 2018, the employer permitted demolition to proceed before an engineering survey had been made to determine if an unplanned collapse of the structure was probable. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
