29 CFR 1910.178(l): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks: (a) At the Publix facility located at 741 S Orlando Ave Winter Garden, Florida, employees were exposed to crushing hazard while operating the YALE electric pallet lift model MSW040SEN24TV077 Serial Number: C820N04554H in that, the employer failed to ensure that workers were trained in the use and purpose of the safety (belly) switch located on top of the handle, on March 14, 2018.
