29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i:    On or about July 25, 2013, and at times prior thereto, in shop areas employees were allowed to use compressed air nozzles for cleaning purpose which was not the type that would reduce the pressure to below 30 p.s.i.  The employees were exposed to skin and eye injury.

29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): 29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2) Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries. If your establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and your establishment is classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, then you must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:    On or about March 20, 2018, and at times prior thereto, at the circuit breaker panel in the sheet metal shop a circuit breaker panel was observed blocked by a table.  This prevents employees from quick access of the panels when needed.
