On or about March 22, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 17 feet.  Employees were performing roofing activities on an existing commercial building located at 3004 Payne, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.  Employees were working near the edge of the roof without having a safety monitor in place.
