29 CFR 1910.95(m)(2)(ii)(E): The employee audiometric test records did not include the employee's most recent noise exposure assessment: a.) Power Press Area - On or about June 14, 2018, Employees, who were fabricating metal parts were exposed to continuous noise at 135.7% of the exposure level of 90 dBA or an eight hour time weighted average (TWA) noise exposure of 92.2 dBA. This exposure was observed occurring over a 275 minute sampling period on 6/14/18. A zero exposure was assumed for the 205 minutes not sampled. The employer did not have the employees most recent noise exposure assessment on the test record or any other record of employee noise assessment available for review. b.) Power Press Area - On or about June 14, 2018, Employees, who were fabricating metal parts were exposed to continuous noise at 116.3% of the exposure level of 90 dBA or an eight hour time weighted average (TWA) noise exposure of 91.1 dBA. This exposure was observed occurring over a 243 minute sampling period on 6/14/18. A zero exposure was assumed for the 237 minutes not sampled. The employer did not have the employees most recent noise exposure assessment on the test record or any other record of employee noise assessment available for review.
