29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: a) On or about 3/23/18 - Postal work room located at 479 Main Street, Sycamore, AL - a stained floor tarp and wood debris were observed on the floor in working areas and created a slip/trip hazard. b) On or about 3/23/18 - an extension cord and electrical power cord to a portable heater were observed in the walkway and created a slip/trip hazard. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021088 citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 17500 Oakwood Blvd., Allen Park, MI 48101.

U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1920.305(b) (2) (i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289696 citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 360 Ventura Avenue Oak View, CA 93022.
