Exposure to EasiStrip SUPRA One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover is capable of causing serious irreversible effects on the eye.

Camie 480 Screen Opener is a hazardous chemical that poses physical and health hazards.   b) In the Silkscreen Department, on or about March 26, 2018 - The employer did not have a safety data sheet for Camie 380 Screen Printers' Adhesive which is used as an adhesive. Camie 380 Screen Printers' Adhesive is a hazardous chemical that poses physical and health hazards.  c) In the Silkscreen Department, on or about March 26, 2018 - The employer did not have a safety data sheet for EasiSolv 701 Screen Wash & Stain Remover which is used for cleaning screens. EasiSolv 701 Screen Wash & Stain Remover is a hazardous chemical that poses physical and health hazards.  d) In the Silkscreen Department, on or about March 26, 2018 - The employer did not have a safety data sheet for EasiStrip SUPRA One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover which is used for removing emulsion. EasiStrip SUPRA One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover is a hazardous chemical that poses health hazards.  e) In the Silkscreen Department, on or about March 26, 2018 - The employer did not have a safety data sheet for PlastiSolv 842 On Press Cleaner which is used for cleaning screens. PlastiSolv 842 On Press Cleaner is a hazardous chemical that poses physical and health hazards.   f) In the Silkscreen Department, on or about March 26, 2018 - The employer did not have a safety data sheet for DG 2200 which is used as a degreaser. DG 2200 is a hazardous chemical that poses health hazards.

Employees using hazardous chemicals in the Silkscreen Department were told by the employer the chemicals they use are green, nonhazardous chemicals.
