29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    A) 224 Meade St Perth Amboy, NJ 08861    CSHO observed employees performing roofing work on the edge of a low pitch commercial roof. Employees observed on the edge of the building did not have fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14ft.     Occurred on or about 03/26/18    Guaraca Torres Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081532, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/06/16, with respect to a workplace located at 960-982 Lake Ave Clark, NJ 07066.      Guaraca Torres Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979076, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/14/14, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Greenwood Ave Madison, NJ 07940.
