29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) residential property at 26 Hillcrest Rd, in Fair Haven, NJ, 07704, Southwest side of the home: Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to falling object hazards when they performed siding and were not protected from impact by helmets, which occurred and was observed on or about 3/15/18. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a) residential property at 26 Hillcrest Rd in Fair Haven, NJ, 07704, Southwest side of the home: Employees were exposed to falling from ladders when an aluminum extension ladder was used to access areas of the eve that was set at an angle and was not secured, which was observed and occurred on or about 3/15/18. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
