29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 03/26/18, at 3031 East Henrietta Road, in Henrietta, New York, employees working on a steep roof, (replacing an existing roof) with a slope/pitch of 8/12, were not protected from falling 20 feet to ground level with fall  protection.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
