29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: (a) On or about March 15, 2018, at 180-66 Liberty Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11433 The employer had not completed a written hazard assessment to verify the personal protective equipment required for employees who perform tasks such as spray painting vehicles and vehicle parts in the spray booth using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, General Gen Max H2232 2K Hardener (contains isocyanates, n-butyl acetate, naptha, 2-methoxy-1-methylethyl acetate, xylene) and PPG DCX61 High Solids Hardener (contains isocyanates). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
