29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The correction or repair was not made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected or repaired. On or about 3/23/2018, at S. 2nd Street Lot, employees who either drop off vehicles or perform maintenance on vehicles were exposed to slip/trip hazards as a result of numerous potholes.
