29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use. In the chemical storage area, an employee engaged in the using corrosives (Zep Formula 50 and Zep FS Formula 4665) was exposed to corrosive hazards, in that an eye wash station was not available in the immediate area.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: Employees engaged in assembling pies at the Pie Machine were exposed to amputation hazards. The employees were exposed in that the guards on the Pie Machine were not secured in place, to keep from inserting body parts or loose clothing into the chain and sprocket areas.
